Rather than operating as a traditional agency, I work closely with a limited number of partners, acting as an extension of their organization.


OEM Partnerships

I support brands and manufacturers in building long-term OEM relationships, focused on product integration, reliability and scalability.

This typically includes:

  • OEM strategy and positioning
  • Partner and factory sourcing
  • Product integration and development alignment
  • Commercial structuring of OEM agreements
  • Long-term roadmap and volume planning

OEM collaborations are selective and often confidential, with a strong focus on trust, continuity and strong working relationships across all stakeholders.


Aftermarket & Distribution

For aftermarket brands, I focus on market entry, sales growth and brand development, particularly within the Benelux and broader European market.

This includes:

  • Sales representation and commercial execution
  • Distributor and dealer network development
  • Go-to-market strategy
  • Brand positioning and visibility
  • Long-term distributor partnerships

Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, dealers and partners is central to this approach and essential for sustainable growth.
